1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:
- Standard (USA): 5–10 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
- Express: 3–5 business days
Please note: Orders that include pre-orders or temporarily out-of-stock items may take longer to process. You’ll receive an email if that’s the case.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to appear.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
Please email us at aaloveboutique@gmail.com to start a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at aaloveboutique@gmail.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
6. Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
If you require custom sizing, please reach out to us at aaloveboutique@gmail.com before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
7. Do your sets come with the hijab or inner piece?
Each product description will clearly state whether a hijab is included. Inner pieces are typically not included unless specified.
8. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery at aaloveboutique@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
